How does the no fee service work?

The conventional no win no fee * agreement used by many other claims management companies protects the claimant from paying their own solicitor fees if they were to lose the claim. But if you were to win the claim then the claimant would have to pay the solicitor fees.

The accident direct agreement is different to others we also ensure that you do not pay any solicitor fees if you win the claim. All our fees are paid by the third parties insurance company instead leaving you fee free. To learn more about out guarantees and our claims service call our advisors now for free on 0800 180 4022 or fill in our online form for a call back.

The accidentdirect.com agreement

The no fee agreement is based upon three main elements which need to be satisfied before the claim can be processed. The elements are

Quantum – this element is the evidence gathered indicating the extent of the injuries sustained and that they are severe enough to be compensated for.

Liability – Proving that the third party was responsible for the accident and that it was due to their negligence and not just a brief accident.

Limitation – The accident must have happened within the last 3 years for you to claim compensation.

It is absolutely necessary that all elements (requirements) are met before continuing the claim. The amount of evidence needed to be presented will differ between cases. The most straight forward cases are whiplash injury cases because much of the evidence is already gathered at the scene of the accident, third party details etc.
