Inter Law – No Win No Fee Lawyers, Claim Personal Injury Compensation

No win no fee * injury lawyers

We have an elite panel of personal injury lawyers who are all members of the law society (a governing law body). The lawyers are all specialists in claiming compensation for personal injury claims. We specialise in the following types of accident claims:

The injury lawyers work under a no win no fee * arrangement which pays off their fees if they lose the claim, if we win then our fees are paid by the third parties insurance company.

Our Lawyers service

We appoint a dedicated injury lawyer to every claimant, we find that this keeps the customer services levels high as the claimant only has one point of contact instead of going through many departments and it allows the lawyer to give the claimant regular updates on the personal injury claim throughout.

no win no fee * services

Our ‘no win no fee *’ agreement is what it states, there are no fees to be paid if you win or lose the claim. The claims process is al handled by us and is at no charge, leaving you with nothing to do but wait for the cheque to come through. The policy states that before the personal injury claim can be processed you must meet it’s main requirements. These requirements are quantum, liability and limitation. A claimant can only make a personal injury claim within three years of the accident which is the requirement limitation. Quantum is the severity of the injuries picked up by the accident and liability is the evidence gathered to prove that the third party was negligent.

Our claims service

We have specialist personal injury advisors who can start your claim within minutes, once contacted and it is established that you have a claim they will talk you through the process and our agreement policy, making sure that you understand it properly. They are all fully trained and qualified to assist you with any questions you may have regarding the personal injury claim.
