Win or Lose you will never have to pay any charges to Inter Law.

There are only two situations where you would be expected to pay any charges to your solicitor, these are where:

You have either knowingly made a fraudulent claim;


Where you refuse to cooperate with your solicitor once your claim is underway and this jeopardises the success of your claim.
