Types of Accidents

Find out what to do after a non-fault accident for the following types of accidents:

Funding through no win no fee *

There are many ways to fund a personal injury claim but the most common is the no win no fee * policy. The scheme came into action during 1998 known as the conditional fee agreement and is recently attracting more publicity as the no win no fee * scheme. The scheme only protects you if you lose the case by paying the third parties solicitor fees but if you win then you would still have to pay your solicitor fees, this may be from the compensation awarded to you.

Our no win no fee * policy is different to the normal one, we guarantee that you do not have to pay a penny for your claim no matter if you win or lose. All our services are absolutely free and our fees are paid by the third party’s insurance company ensuring you keep 100% of the compensation awarded.

Evidence needed for an Accident Claim

All no win no fee * cases have three elements which must be met in order to process the personal injury claim for compensation.

  • Limitation
The maximum time period for making a claim is three years, a claim must be made within this time frame for compensation to be paid out. We recommend that the claimant does not leave processing the claim too late, do it as soon as possible ensuring that the claim is kept within the time period.
  • Liability
Evidence stating that the accident was the fault of the third party being negligence. This would be through photographic evidence, witness statements etc.
  • Quantum
This is evidence showing the extent of your injuries, medical reports etc. will establish the length and severity of the injuries. Your injuries must be present for at least four weeks before starting the claim. The longer the injury the more it would influence the compensation amount.
